Welcome to our lovely summer house, built in 2020, offering the perfect retreat for families and friends. With a spacious 400 m² lot and a cozy 75 m² home, the property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The house features three bedrooms, including two with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as a well-equipped bathroom. Pets are welcome for a small fee per pet, but smoking is not permitted. The house enjoys an ideal location just 250 meters from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. Shopping is available just 2300 meters away, and there are restaurants within 1800 meters. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and oven, while the house is also furnished with a refrigerator/freezer and a heat pump with cooling for comfort. Stay connected with wireless internet and enjoy the outdoors with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. For added convenience, we provide two bicycles and a locked shed for storage. The garden offers a peaceful space for relaxation, and you can take a short walk to the beach or explore nearby shops and restaurants.
