Summary: Amy was the first house to arrive at Tiny House Siesta. She is one of our smallest as she comfortably sleeps 3 people. Second floor master bedroom private from the rest of the house. She has all the amenities of being at home, so there is no reason for a boring hotel room. She has a sitting area, kitchen and eating area. You will be surprised at how large it is inside. Just cozy and comfortable.
Check in is 3PM - Check out is 10AM.
If you bring a pet, we charge a one time pet fee of $25.

About the area
Sarasota
Sarasota is home to this apartment. St. Armands Circle and Mall at University Town Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Siesta Key Beach and Crescent Beach. Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium and Jim Neville Marine Preserve are also worth visiting.
2-night stay. 1st time in a tiny house. It was definitely a TINY house. Very cute and good for a quick stay. We had over packed as we were traveling for 2-weeks so we had too much, but we made it work. Plenty of storage if you want to stay for a longer period. Patio was a good place to relax at the end of a busy day.
We had a great time in Sarasota and Siesta Key. They had an induction stove top and a hairdryer! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Awesome free shuttle rides to Siesta Key Village for food and fun. We would definitely rent again!
Our tiny house was the perfect accommodation for a quick weekend getaway. The private entrance, parking, and little outdoor area made the trip feel like home. The location was just a short drive to the beaches and restaurants but far enough away to give it a more private feel. The check in process was a breeze. And the house had all the amenities we needed. The only “tiny” problem we came across was only an issue for us taller folks, the shower head was a tad low. I thought it was hilarious, my 6-2 husband, not so much. Regardless, I would still recommend this house to couples looking for a perfect Siesta Key retreat!

Good stay with "Amy"!
We really enjoyed our stay here and got the whole experience of tiny house living. Highly recommend to anyone else who's curious about going tiny. Clean & cute unit near shopping and restaurants in Sarasota. Very short drive to Siesta Key and their beautiful beaches.

Lots of fun. Great beach location.
We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were very nice, very clean and well kept. The men that take care of the property were so nice and were available to help with any questions we had. The location is close to the beach and a number of restaurants and shopping. We had no problem with loud music.

Fun little cottage
This little home was very comfy and well equipped. We met the two maintenance guys on our last night and they asked if everything was OK and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. They even recommended a great restaurant "O'Learys" by the bay for dinner. Also, the property is dog friendly and perfect for people who travel with their pets. We loved it. I will definitely consider this again when in town.
