Tiny and cute! Definitely something that is meant for you to sleep in and go to the beach or wherever else to enjoy your vacation. Would rent again but bring a fan or 2. The AC isn't powerful or big enough to accommodate all the windows. There also needs to be blinds not little see through curtains. The headlights blast through the windows at night and dressing, undressing, and showering is a bit nerve wracking because of the see through fabric that is being used for the windows. Maybe a little later check out. Other than those 3 things great stay, communication was great despite ID verification site not working and they allowed us to check in an hour early despite not having a 24hr notice to give.
We were blessed to be able to book this vacation stop that put us a 10 minute drive from the free parking at Siesta Keys Beach. Check in was smooth. Toaster didn't work but management brought us a brand new one within a couple hours. Would highly recommend checking out these Tiny Homes.

It was easy to arrive and have access to the property, they have everything you need to have a good stay, clean and close to siesta key beach and restaurants, supermarkets and shops! Thank u
We didn't spend much time in the house but enjoyed our time outside on the patio! The house was very cute! Hard for us old ladies to climb the stairs to the lofts! But very much enjoyed our time there & the Siesta Key area!

Very cute complex with numerous tiny homes. Tons of potential. Easy check in and check out. Beds were comfortable and the shower was unexpectedly good. As others have said, the property needs updating such as painting, nothing major but definitely showing it's wear and has not been kept up. Would i stay there again? Yes unless I can get something on Siesta Key for a similar price. I watch those tiny house shows frequently and I
always thought those people were nuts for wanting to live in tiny homes. Now after staying in a fairly large one I know they are nuts! But it's great for a few days and a very unique experience. There is a grocery store and other shipping and a bunch of local bars with virtually no tourists a 10 minute walk from the property.
It was a nice little house in a convenient area. Near just about everything. The beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the lofts. Everything was great.

A Fun and Unique Stay
This tiny house was a great experience and a total upgrade over the typical hotel/condo. Staying here took our vacation experience to a whole different level. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to fantastic beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. And whatever wasn't available was immediately supplied by the incredibly helpful and thoughtful on-site manager. He went out of his way to make our stay really great - including mailing a forgotten item back to us after our departure. Great place and good people. We hope to visit again.

Tiny house misadventure
The tiny house is cute and nice since its new. The owner however isn't so nice, he sent me the wrong information packet so when I arrived very late in the evening after flying across the country the code to unlock the unit was wrong. After several phone calls and leaving messages he finally returned my call, after telling him the code wont work he said well are you at the right one! and I said its the only one that doesn't have people staying in it and it looks just like the picture. He was very rude and made it seem like it was my fault, and reluctantly gave me a different code to get in. Also all the tiny house don't have any house numbers on them so if you don't have the picture from the website you could be lost, and don't have an emergency because nobody else can find you!

family stay
First time staying in a tiny house! The experience was amazing! The house was really comfortable and has lots of storage. Very clean too! The only thing I would add is a grill outside. It took us only 7 minutes to get to Tutle Beach, which is the one we like. But others are even closer. It's close to Publix and pharmacy. We went to Siesta Key area all the time to eat and walk. The manager was really nice and helpful! The kids loved the rooms. We will definitely do this again! And we will also recommended to all our friends! Actually already have :-) thanks for a really fun weekend!
