We are delighted to welcome you in our beautiful renewed villa suitable for up to 6 guests, located in Lido dei Pini area. The villa is situated in a green area close to a beautiful pinewoods, just 400mt away from the beach.

In the accommodation you will find a modern living room with one double sofa-bed, a kitchen area with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer, a bathroom with a shower box, a comfortable bedroom with one double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second room with two single beds, a spacious terrace and a private fenced garden with fireplace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.

To ensure your the best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv-sat and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

One small pet is allowed: 40 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
