Nicely furnished 80m2 penthouse, 15 minutes walk from the Metro stop and 5 minutes walk from the Pineta Sacchetti. All services within 500 m.
ideal for 2-4 people
4th floor WITHOUT elevator. Very quiet neighborhood. Our apartment is very quiet and silent and in summer you can sunbathe on the terrace even naked!!
for our guests possibility of excursions in sup and boat in Ostia
the entire apartment is at your disposal. Some parts of the closets will be closed to store my personal items
You will have a large part of the wardrobe in the bedroom all for you and a small wardrobe in the living room for those who sleep on the sofa bed
we can rent a scooter to ride around Rome like Gary Cooper in "Roman Holiday" but you have to show us that you are a good driver!
we also have an apartment in Ostia you can organize a mixed holiday with a bit of city and a bit of sea. In Ostia we also offer sup and windsurf courses all year round
