This apartment features two double bedrooms, a family bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy living room with a double sofa bed, providing all the essentials for a comfortable home-from-home experience.

The Space:
The Three Graces Getaway is the perfect retreat for those looking to explore Liverpool’s iconic waterfront while staying within walking distance of attractions like Liverpool ONE.

This newly refurbished property features an inviting open-plan layout that combines the living room, dining, and kitchen areas. The cosy living room includes a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, along with a wall-mounted Smart TV for your entertainment. The dining area boasts a sleek glass table paired with grey dining chairs, providing ample space for socialising or enjoying meals together.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for home-cooked meals, including an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, and fridge/freezer. For added convenience, a washer/dryer and dishwasher are also provided.

With a soothing mix of blue, grey, and white tones, the two double bedrooms offer the perfect retreat for relaxation. The wooden flooring, paired with elegant wooden wardrobes and furniture, adds a touch of sophistication to these stylish spaces.

The sparkling clean family bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and overhead shower, offering the choice between a rain shower or a handheld option. It also features a WC and wash basin.

One of the standout features of this property is the rooftop bar, Goodness Gracious, located at the top of the building. Boasting breathtaking views of the city and waterfront, this hidden gem is run by the well-loved Oh Me Oh My restaurant located on the ground floor. Open during the summer months, it’s a must-visit destination — don’t forget to check their website for the latest opening times.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property is securely stored via a Keynest shop and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.

Other Things to Note:

The apartments are located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The Three Graces Getaway is perfectly situated within walking distance of The Albert Dock, Liverpool ONE, and many of the city’s top attractions!

The iconic Liver Building and Liverpool Docks are just a 10-minute walk away. Take a leisurely stroll along the dock road and, if you fancy a drink with a view, visit OH ME OH MY — a stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the waterfront. Open from April to September (weather permitting), it’s a must-see spot!

For breathtaking views of Liverpool’s world-famous waterfront, hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour.

Concert Square, the heart of Liverpool’s nightlife, is just around the corner, offering a variety of bars and clubs.

Beatles fans can explore Liverpool Central, home to The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story, for a trip down memory lane.

Liverpool boasts more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside London! Highlights include Spaceport, for intergalactic exploration, and the U-Boat Story, offering an intriguing glimpse into World War II submarines. You’ll also find seven museums delving into the city’s rich maritime history, art, and music — a true haven for culture enthusiasts!

Three Graces Getaway is conveniently located within walking distance of everything you’d want to explore in the city centre.

It is also well-connected to major transport hubs, with Liverpool Central and Lime Street Station just a 15 to 20-minute walk away, and Liverpool Moorfields Station only 7 minutes away. The Liverpool One Bus Station is also a quick 10-minute walk from the apartment.

For added convenience, taxis can pick you up right outside the door. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can hop on one of the city’s Electric Scooters to get around town with ease!
