Seabreeze is a stunning three-bedroom end terrace home in Crail. Located on the outskirts of the village, it benefits from a quiet location yet is only a five-minute walk to the High street and artisan shops as well as the coastal path with the picturesque harbour just beyond.
From the first step inside, the space and comfort is evident and you will feel immediately at home. Stylish and contemporary décor combine with quality furnishings and glimpses of the sparkling sea to create an idyllic spot for a coastal break.

Forming one large open plan area, there is a lounge with smart TV, dining area with French doors to make the most of warm days and sea views and a well-equipped kitchen with all appliances expected of a high-quality home. Residents parking is found directly outside the property.
With Crail golf course just a few minutes’ drive and the Balcomie bar and restaurant close by, Seabreeze is in a great location for golfers looking for a comfortable base for a golfing trip. It’s equally as well suited to families, with the rockpools and coastline to explore.
The East Neuk is a popular destination for an active break, with wild swimming at the local tidal pools and watersports as well as coastal walks being some of the outdoor attractions. It’s also well-known for its excellent food and drink scene with a bounty of local producers and farmers markets alongside cafes, restaurants and cosy pubs. There’s a vibrant arts and music scene too, with plenty of events throughout the year from open mic nights to renowned arts festivals. St Andrews is a ten-minute drive, Edinburgh 1 hour which also makes it a great base for exploring more of Scotland easily.
