It has two bedrooms: a second-floor double and a ground-floor family room with a double and single bed. On the first floor, you'll find an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and comfortable sitting area. The property benefits from central heating, a Smart TV, WiFi, and includes all essentials like bed linen, towels, and fuel. Parking is available, and three well-behaved dogs are welcome. With shops, pubs, and the beach just 0.1 miles away, this is the perfect coastal retreat for families or friends. Note: There is no garden space. The South West Coastal Path is a year-round attraction and the surrounding villages and hamlets harbour a wealth of country inns and restaurants. With Wadebridge for a great day out shopping and the Camel Trail for biking and walking, Launceston the old capital of Cornwall with its 13th-century castle, Camelford with the best fish and chips you’ll ever taste, Padstow and Port Isaac for fine dining, Bossiney, Trebarwith and Tregardock beaches for surfing and the fascinating tiny worlds of the rock pools, along with Tintagel, Boscastle, Polzeath and the myriad of other coastal villages to enjoy.
