Just a few minutes walk and you'll find yourself in the Northern Quarter or Arndale Shopping Centre - the bustling heart of the city, surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment is also very easy to walk to from concert spaces such as the AO Arena.

- 5 minutes walk to Shudehill tram and bus interchange and into the Northern Quarter
- 8 minute walk to Arndale shopping centre

- Just 10 minutes walk from the AO Arena
- Royal Exchange Theatre and Manchester Cathedral are both just a 15 minute walk away, and Albert Hall 20 minutes

THE SPACE:

The apartment is tastefully decorated for a clean and modern vibe.

- The first bedroom offers a double bed with fresh linen, a wardrobe and ample storage space.
- The second bedroom is an en-suite, also with a double bed, linen, wardrobe and drawers.
- There are two bathrooms, one with a bath/shower, and the en-suite which features its own shower. Both contain complimentary soap, shower gels/shampoos and towels.
- The living room features a sofa, a SMART TV and dining table for up to 4 people.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Don’t fancy eating out? Everything you’d expect at home has been provided to make cooking in the apartment easy.

You will have the entire flat to yourself and can conveniently check yourself in/out.

TRANSPORT: The closest tram stop is Shudehill which is 5 minutes walk away. Victoria station is 10 minutes away. From these, it is possible to reach all areas of beyond the city.

PARKING: On street parking is available on the street or adjacent streets (2 hours max between 08:00 and 18:00). Alternatively there is a carpark on Gould Street which is just at the end of the road.
