The space
A traditional Spanish villa with a contemporary boho-Balearic feel with sweeping archways, traditional beams, terracotta tiles, white washed walls and a large garden and panoramic naja with beautiful sea views.

Inside the House:
The villa benefits from two private floors making it a perfect holiday home for large families, families with grandparents or two family groups.

Upstairs in the main house there is a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and a second bedroom with twin beds (children's toys and books). There is a newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen with new appliances, large living room and elevated naja (terrace).

Downstairs there is a separate entrance into a spacious entrance room with day-bed, leading to a second bathroom and large family bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed and two single beds.

Outside the house:
There is a large private garden featuring a spacious lawn, private pool with both tiered steps and an inviting deep end, traditional stone patios, mature tress and plants, a large BBQ area, alfresco dining options, seating areas, hammock, table tennis and basket ball hoop.

There is a wide driveway with an electric entrance gate with plenty of private parking. Around the side of the house there is a sectioned off laundry area with a back door into the kitchen.

The garden, patios, pool and pathways have external lighting for enjoying the balmy Mediterranean nights under the stars.

Other things to note
There are two supermarkets less than 5 minutes walk from the house.

Arenal beach is 10 minutes walk and Javea port is 40 minutes walk from the house (or 7 minutes in a cab).

There is a bus stop 5 minutes from the house which loops around to the old town, port and then back to Arenal. In the summer season there is also a tourist train.

Alicante airport is one hour drive and Valencia airport is 1 hour 15 minutes.

There are numerous coastal and mountain walks, nature reserves, cycle routes, coves, sports, water-sports and activities in the area.
