The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with patio and furniture, plus off-road parking for 1 car. Within 1.0 miles you will find a shop, within 1.6 miles you will find a pub, and within 0.1 miles you will find a river. Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Smithy is a homely cottage for families visiting Cornwall. Note: There are steps down to the double bedroom and bathroom.
