Guests have a swimming pool for adults and a small children's pool, solar terrace, indoor and outdoor parking spaces, elevator, in common areas or by the pool wifi, animation for children. The apartment is modernly equipped, has a full bathroom with shower, TV, coffee maker, air conditioning. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, which includes a sofa bed for two guests, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and two extra sleeping spaces on the sofa bed in the living room.

-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
°small: up to 6 kg > 50eur per pet, per week
°medium: up to 14 Kg > 70eur per pet, per week
°large: above 14 Kg > 80eur per pet, per week

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.
Porto Santa Margherita is a wonderful and renowned seaside resort in the Veneto region, near Caorle north of Venice. It has great beaches on the Adriatic, fascinating fishing traditions that can be glimpsed on an excursion along the waterways of the Caorle lagoon. There are wide sandy beaches and a lovely promenade. The beaches are very well equipped, lined with rows of sun beds and umbrellas.

You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many sports from Tennis, Bowls, Beach Tennis, Beach Volleyball and Beach Soccer to water sports such as Kayaking, Windsurfing, Canoeing, Sailing, Parafly, water skiing and fishing. You can enjoy excellent food in all the many restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops of the city and go shopping in the numerous souvenir shops, clothing stores and supermarkets with gastronomic products.
