Configured for families of up to eight people, this beautiful rural house will provide you with peace and quiet during your holidays, as well as its proximity to urban centres and road connections that will allow you to get to know the province of Malaga.

With spacious exteriors with private swimming pool and mountain views, family life is completed with a nice barbecue area. With views of the pool to keep an eye on the little ones if they use it and a large outdoor dining table, the family will enjoy the good solar orientation of the house.

In addition to this outdoor space there is another outdoor table sheltered in the front porch, with glazing on one side, on colder or windy days you can continue to enjoy the outdoors of this cottage.

The kitchen and living room are connected to the outside of the swimming pool, a very comfortable situation when family life is concentrated in these spaces. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to facilitate storage and cooking.

The living-dining room has two comfortable armchairs, a sofa and a dining table. You will be able to gather the family and enjoy the Smart TV that this beautiful space offers. The fireplace is not available for use. It has air conditioning with heat pump to condition the temperature.

The architecture of the house is on two floors, with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The bedrooms have space to store your luggage, windows to the outside and are equipped with two single beds in one of them and a double bed in the other.

A comfortable staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. Of the two bedrooms, the one with a double bed has a private terrace ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the views. The second bedroom has two single beds.

Please note that in order to stay in this property a deposit is required to be paid before the keys are handed over.
