PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Please no cats.

The best bachelorette weekend!!

We had the best time and everything was just as the listing had stated!!! Very short walk to beach!!! We would definitely stay here again!!! My daughter and her friends loved it and so did me and my friends!!!

Good but too close to 30A

The property was clean and the property manager was fantastic! The location was good but the house was too close to 30A. The area changed and have too many golf carts with loud sound systems! For a house with five bedrooms the number of dining chairs and outdoor chairs were lacking. The bicycles were great and the beach chairs good too! Overall good but improvements can make it better! Thank you!

Beyond Incredible!

This is the best property we have stayed on 30A! The property was everything that was listed on their page and more. So much room for everyone who stayed and plenty of parking. Not to mention feeling extremely safe with the gated properties. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect family reunion

I have family from different states and we usually get together once every summer. We missed our last year due to the pandemic. This more than made up for the lost time. Great location

Location was great short walk to beach and always felt safe! but the furniture need replaced, Kitchen chair were coming apart we were afraid to set in them. dressers no bottom part to the drawers. Great house if they do some upgrading to the furniture i would stay again!

Family fun

Overall the experience in the place was fine. The idea to have five bedrooms with five bathrooms was perfect for us because we had five couples. I wish it had a little better grill or even a gas grill. The only real complaint was the box springs on four of the beds were pretty noisy but other than that there was plenty of room and the kitchen was great for cooking for that big group. We cooked all of our breakfast and lunch and for dinners and had everything we needed. We were worried about the third-floor not being cool enough but the air conditioner worked fine and the fans helped so everything was very comfortable. The walk to the beach was like walking across a small parking lot and we were there. Easy access and we had a canopy to carry down and it was an easy walk.

A little work

Property management ~ need to be more helpful and respond. Know your chair rental company. First told me to figure it out. After several text finally gave me the wrong company. House had bugs roaches in the kitchen. Never came out to spray. Great location. House was ample big. A few good pots and pans would have been good. Some broke. Blinds drawers and cabinets.

Great beach staycation

We live in Niceville and wanted a quick beach getaway before the kids headed back to college and school. This house was perfect! Big enough to spread out and a quick easy walk to the beach. Publix was nearby so we avoided restaurants the whole trip.

Quick getaway before college!

The house was very nice and check in was easy! A few blinds needed fixing but not a problem at all! it was centrally located so everything was so close and easy to get to! We all a great time and everyone enjoy it. All the kids had their own room with their bathroom which made it easy when getting ready to go out. We had friends down near where we were and had them over for dinner one night and spent the evening on the beach for the sunset . The house had plenty of space for that and it was a great ending to our trip!

Lovely property near the beach

The house is lovely and very close to the beach. Well maintained pool that we essentially had to ourselves the whole time. We had a few minor inconveniences that were addressed immediately by property management. Our only (minor) complaints were that the beds were not particularly comfortable and the « grill » was rusted out and unusable, but we loved the house and the area and would absolutely stay there again.

We had a terrible experience with this home. We did not have hot water until the morning we were leaving. The dishes and silverware were not clean, one of the bathroom had a bunch of hair in it, and the smoke decor was disabled. I tried calling the house rental company but was never able to speak with a manager. I would never recommend this rental company or home to anyone in the future. I have yet to get a phone despite my emails and messages left. I expect that we will receive some money back for this inconvenience.
