Cozy 2 Bedroom 2 Bath house on 2 acres, close to grocery,Walgreens,&restaurants.
DELIGHTFUL COZY renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath brick ranch 1400 sq ft home with extra large laundry room with Futon for extra accommodation… Access to total of 8 acres of forest behind the house & grass field in the front of the house for walks in the woods or bike riding…the 2 acre fairly level field in front of house for ball games or family get togethers!! PLEASE be respectful of your neighbors, quiet time is 11pm until 7am….Extra bedding & towels for extra guests in the closet between the 2 bedrooms!!. Feel FREE TO USE BLOW UP MATTRESSES if you need space for kids!! PLEASE NOTE however the house is about 400’ from the road & THERE IS NO FENCE!! Play carefully!!! Walking distance to Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Walgreens, several restaurants, fast food & sit down!! Nail salon, hair salon, Dunkin Donuts & Urgent Care!! Incredibly large bright cheerful kitchen & dining area, porch with gas grill, table & chairs!! In the early morning or evening you may see deer families out getting some grass!! The dark green clumps growing wild in the field are CHIVES & yummy with mashed potatoes & Kerrygold Butter!!
