3 Bedroom duplex penthouse located in the popular Nou Fontana urbanisation with its communal pool, gym and sauna and tennis court with stunning views to the Montgo mountain and overlooking the canal and down to the Arenal beach which is just 5 minutes walk away.
The first floor has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, open plan kitchen and lounge with double patio doors leading out onto the covered terrace over looking the moorings on the canal.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms and bathroom with door leading out on the large private north east facing terrace, with dining table and chairs, sun loungers and gas BBQ.
The property benefits from A/C, wifi, UK and Spanish TV, underground parking.
The property is available for winter rentals, utility consumption will be charged at the end of your stay.

Unsuitable for Long Winter Lets : In need of some TLC

We stayed in this apartment in what appears to be the coldest, windiest & wettest Feb & March for a very long time. We have spent 9 previous winters in Sitges which is usually 3-4 degrees colder, so we are aware that the weather can be inclement, but the apartment wasn't suitably set-up for winter lets.Our host, Jayne, cannot be faulted, thank you again for your professionalism, proactivity, efficiency & friendliness despite us highlighting some of the problems we faced. She was determined to do her very best to make our stay more comfortable & she went out of her way to do this, specifically in rectifying issues within 48hrs of us discussing these with her; for sourcing a shopping trolley for us to loan & for keeping us always informed when liaising with tradesmen for example when we discovered that the persianas didn’t work/broken when we tried them; &, when the internet when down. It was a shame that she was unable to join us for lunch as a thank you – perhaps next time !The apartment is NOT south facing as advertised at the time of booking - it was very very cold even when a gas heater was provided. The a/c units in the main living was old & inefficient. Furniture/furnishings are very outdated/tired (apart from the TV) - in need of a total refit to bring it up to a good standard. There were a number of items listed that were not available, after highlighting, we received a Nespresso machine & microwave - we were told there are plans to install a dishwasher.
