Just 400 meters from the beach, the house is ideally situated near shops and is nestled among the scenic canals of Empuriabrava, known for its vibrant atmosphere. Empuriabrava is a renowned destination for water sports enthusiasts, with Europe's largest marina and a 2 km sandy beach. Explore the canals by boat, try skydiving, or enjoy cycling trails in the surrounding natural parks. Enjoy a memorable holiday in this serene yet lively location! On the first floor, the cozy living room offers canal views, creating a perfect setting to unwind. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and all necessary utensils for up to five people. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double and single bed, and a terrace with a canal view, and another with a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Sheets and towels are available at an extra cost.
