Large patio doors open onto the veranda, equipped with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy lovely views of the street below.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including an oven, ceramic hob, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. A sleek island table with two bar stools adds a functional and contemporary touch, perfect for casual dining.
The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, featuring modern color schemes, a plush queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and abundant lighting that creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

The location is well-connected, allowing you to easily reach Syntagma Square or Kolonaki for leisure and shopping. Additionally, the beaches of the Athenian Riviera are approximately 10 km away, offering a perfect escape for relaxation by the sea.

All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
