Cozy Cottage w/ Wifi-and private Lake Michigan beach access

PRIVATE LAKE MICHIGAN BEACH ACCESS, IN-GROUND COMMUNITY POOL, TENNIS, BASKETBALL, AND SAND VOLLEY BALL COURTS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE.
This is a brand new cottage located in Duna Vista Resort. Just minutes walking or biking distance from the LAKE!! This gorgeous 1700 sq. ft. cottage has 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathroom, It sleeps 8 comfortably! , The main floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom and the basement has a recreation TV room, another full bathroom, and two more bedrooms.

All furniture and appliances in this cozy cottage are brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, brand new refrigerator with ice maker, brand new stove, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, and blender. The cottage has linens, towels, bedding, washer, dryer & cleaning supplies. We have cable hooked to a 4K SMART TV in the main living room. If you have any Netflix or Hulu accounts you will be able to access them while staying with us. We also provide WiFi ready for use. We will have beach chairs and coolers for your convenience. Main floor has open floor plan with a living room and kitchen. It has a cute hutch to store your gear as you enter the foyer. The main floor bedrooms have Queen size beds. The basement has a room with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed and one set of bunks in it. The TV recreation room will have a futon and a second TV. This home is part of an association, so there are tennis, basketball and sand volley ball courts, and an in-ground pool available for your use as well! This is a beautiful area to vacation with so many things to do in the area from fantastic views of Lake Michigan, beautiful beaches, and beautiful paths for walking or running. We are close to the following attractions: AJs for Putt Putt Golf and go carts for the kids, Silver Lake for dune buggy rides, and Michigan Adventures. Downtown Pentwater is a 5 minute ride where it offers specialty shops and restaurants as well as band concerts on Thursday nights. Sorry, no pets! Starting after Memorial day we will only take weekly rentals throughout the summer until Labor Day. Fall, Winter and Spring we will take any rentals as required. We will work out check in and check outs with you at the time of the booking. We look forward to have you come stay with us.

Amazing Spot

This place was amazing, it had all of the amenities you could possibly need, the host was very responsive when I had a question, it was perfect for our group! It is in a great location to some fun towns as well as having it's own verities of entertainment! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We loved our stay!! The house was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen that met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful setting and a very short drive to the beach and outdoor swimming pool. The hosts were very accessible if we needed anything, which we didn’t, because everything was perfect! We would definitely stay her again. Short drive to Pentwater for shopping and eating.

Almost everything you needed was provided. The beach access, pool and Pickleball court was a nice bonus. Close to town. I'd recommend you bring your own bar of soap. An apron if you cook.

Short get-together with a few High School friends couldn't have gone any better. Cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and just as advertised. Owners were spot on with returning messages and super responsive. Will rent this place again with my family. 10/10!

Our second stay at the cottage was as memorable as the first. The property was clean, well-appointed, and big enough to let our family spread out. The private beach was very relaxing and the kids had a blast. It is located close to downtown Pentwater, but it's also a short drive to even more attractions in Hart, Ludington, and New Era. We'll be back!

Great Home in Great Location

This is a great house near Lake Michigan and Pentwater. The community-access beach was lovely, quiet and easily accessible. We were able to use the location as a spot to have quiet days at the cottage or easily drive to area activities (Pentwater, Ludington, Historic White Pine Village, Michigan Adventure, Mears State Park). The cottage was clean and had plenty of space for our party of 8. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook dinners every night. The location is very quiet and we saw numerous deer and wild turkey while sitting in the home. Hosts were easily accessible and answered any question we had quickly. Highly recommend staying here and hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Perfect cottage

Location was great, access to the beach about 1/2 mile. Great sand like the ocean . Would stay again but we were there for a wedding so unfortunately probably won’t be going back. But check it out

Great Place

The Cozy Cottage checked all the boxes and was perfect for our family. It was clean, well-appointed (kitchen supplies, beach towels, etc.) and had fun extras like board games, yard games, and bunk beds for the kids. We spent a lot of time at the private beach which was just a short drive down the road. The beds were very comfortable. (So much so that I wrote down the brand and style!) The owners clearly have taken great care of the cottage and have thought of everything to make the stay as stress-free as possible for their guests. It was such a great week that we've already booked it again for next year.

Great Home for Vacation!

This was our second year renting this home as we loved it so much the first year. They have all the amenities needed to make it the best little home away from home. Wonderful Family Vacation Home

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as the listing explains, plus more! Fully stocked kitchen, outdoor patio was perfect, beach chairs and umbrellas for our use, family games - it all made for the perfect stay. The private beach access was a quick drive and community pool was a hit with the teenagers. This cozy vacation home is highly recommend!!

Location, location, location

The house was beautiful, clean, cozy with a perfect layout. We had 5 teen boys with us, and they all had their own space,. The boys stayed in the lower level, they had their own family room and bathroom. The deck had a wonderful view, and we always ate there. Short walk to the club house, pool, basketball court and private beach was a plus for our group. Very quiet neighborhood. We loved everything about this house. It was well stocked with anything we needed. The owners were always available and very accommodating. We definitely recommend this place for a fun family/friends vacation. Pentwater town and state park is 5 minutes away. Everything is very close, about 35 minutes away from Michigan Adventure Park. This has become our favorite place to stay when going up north.

Wedding weekend with friends

There were four of us, 2 couples, spending the weekend at the property while in the area for a wedding at Heritage Wedding Barns in Shelby (23 min drive). The home was super clean and well appointed! We went for walks down the beach, spent some time in Pentwater and in Ludington (both short drives) and enjoyed some time hanging out on the back deck. We highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!
