This cottage rests in Southwold and can sleep 9 people in four bedrooms.
Iona Cottage offers charming accommodation for the whole family to enjoy, located in a prime spot along Constitution Hill in Southwold.
Offering pet-friendly accommodation across two storeys, complete with two sitting rooms, spacious kitchen/dining room, four bedrooms sleeping 9 and two ground floor bathrooms.
You are welcomed into the entrance hall, leading to the sitting room and ground floor shower room, with a staircase leading to the first floor. Iona Cottage has two sets of stair cases which lead to the first floor, the first set is off of the entrance hallway, leading to bedroom 3 and 4. The second staircase leads from the hallway next to the kitchen, leading to bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. Please note bedroom 2 and 3 are interconnecting. Gas central heating. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine. 2 x TV's with on demand content, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. A travel cot and highchair are available. Parking is available along Constitution Hill and The Common on a first come basis. Enclosed courtyard garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking.

Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
