Summary:
Enjoying an enviable location in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, this charming holiday let boasts views of the sea across open meadowland and the coastal golf course. You can stroll to the local beach opposite the house, enjoy walks along the long promenade and spot the famous sea-based sculpture of ‘The Couple’ at high tide during your stay. Sleeping up to six guests, By The Sea is perfect for families and groups of friends looking for a seaside escape in Northumberland.
The Space:
Step inside into the hallway. On the right, you will find the bright and spacious lounge with high ceilings and lovely views across the meadow and golf course towards the beach. You can relax together on the two comfortable sofas watching your favourite films on the Smart TV. In the colder months, enjoy the warming gas fire for cosy evenings in.
Next door is the generous kitchen and dining space, perfect for entertaining and with everything you need and more to cook your meals. You can sit at the breakfast bar with your cereal or to socialise whilst your guests cook. There is also a dining table for sociable meals together.
From the kitchen steps lead down to the south-facing, enclosed patio area. With dining furniture and a BBQ for fun alfresco dining, this is the ideal spot to retreat to. To the front, there is a small patio area with a bench seat where you can sit with your morning coffee overlooking the horses grazing on the meadow.
Upstairs, you will find the spacious master bedroom with a super king-size bed, plenty of storage and fantastic views across the meadow to the sea. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds plus sea views.
The large family bathroom is beautifully presented with a luxurious walk-in shower and a freestanding bath and WC.

The keys to By The Sea are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis.
A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at By The Sea per reservation.
