The Space:
Dalton House is a stylish and contemporary three-bedroom retreat, offering a spacious and open-plan living area that serves as the heart of this listed home. The property is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, featuring soft carpets throughout, giving it a comfy, modern feel.

The cosy living room is ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. A large window overlooking Baxtergate floods the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The kitchen can be found to the rear of the ground floor. Boasting amenities including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, toaster and washing machine, the space has everything you need for self-catering. The dining space also shares the kitchen area and has seating for all guests.

Upstairs, the three well-appointed bedrooms are designed for restful sleep, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The master bedroom houses a king-size bed, freestanding bathtub in the room itself, and a ‘secret’ WC. Bedroom two, also on the first floor is a twin, while the second-floor bedroom is also home to two single beds.

The family bathroom can be found on the second floor. With a luxury freestanding bathtub, separate walk-in shower, wash basin and WC, you can enjoy a refreshing morning cleanse, or a relaxing evening soak here.

Dalton House also features additional WCs.
