Walk outside your front door and thier are excellent restaurants and shopping in abundance right on your doorstep. 10 minutes walking to the amazing Malgultta beach and also to the Trendy Harbour Area!
The studio is fully equipped and freshly renovated. Its comfy and cozy the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Located very close to the Cervantes theater, the castle, picasso museum, beach and the trendy harbour area. Equipped with high speed internet, flat screen smart tv with cable and Netflix. Super comfy bedding and top quality linens and pillows to guarantee a good nights sleep. Fully equipped kitchen. You have a breakfast table/ workstation. Washer, microwave, airconditioning and heating round off the apartment to make sure you have a perfect stay!
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Thier are no shared areas.
