This semi-detached cottage is set amongst glorious Suffolk fields but within a five-minute walk to Saxmundham’s local shops, restaurants, takeaways, cafes and two supermarkets. If you are taking a rest from cooking during your stay, there are lots of eateries to choose from in Southwold, Aldeburgh, Framlingham and villages close to the property. Saxmundham station is just a seven-minute walk away with an easy journey to London via Ipswich. There is a wealth of places to visit within a 20-mile radius - such as medieval castles in Orford or Framlingham, glorious sandy beaches at Walberswick or Sizewell, and the walks along the coast, in forests and heathland are unrivalled. Snape with its internationally renowned music venue, is a 5-minute drive and Latitude Festival at Henham Park is less than half an hour.
The cottage is set on the edge of the town with off-road parking for two cars. It has a private decked area furnished with a table, chairs and a garden sofa so you can make the most of the fresh air and surrounding countryside.
