Professionally Cleaned – Please note the apartment is cleaned and sanitized in between stays in accordance with Government Guidelines. Avida Lettings hires experienced cleaners to clean the apartment to industry standard. Hotel standard bed linen and towels are provided and delivered by a hotel linen company.

• Acton Main Elizabeth Line provides you easy access to Paddington (6 minutes), Bond Street (9 minutes), Tottenham Court Road (11 minutes), Liverpool Street (15 minutes), Canary Wharf (22 minutes), London Heathrow (approximately 25 minutes depending on the terminal.
• Notting Hill, Kensington, Holland Park, Chiswick and all other areas of central London are just a short taxi ride away from the apartment. You can enjoy all London attractions at your leisure.
• There is a bus stop located outside the complex which takes you to a variety of Central London locations.

The host provides all the kitchen amenities you require for a comfortable stay including Nespresso coffee machine, ample kitchen utensils, a 55-inch TV to stream shows, hairdryers and hair-straighteners for a comfortable stay.
Quiet and secure: The apartment is in a quiet complex.
Off-Street Parking: Disclaimer: Limited off-street parking can be found on the Park Royal Road about a four-minute walk away and other surrounding roads. There are time zone restrictions on off-street parking during Monday-Friday eg 10am-11am and 3pm-4pm. Saturday and Sunday’s there are no parking time-zone restrictions. Please note parking is on a first come first serve basis, and the above restrictions may be liable to change. Guests are advised to research the time zone restrictions on the nearby roads. The host cannot guarantee parking for guests due to the restrictions.

If any issues arise, we will do our best to resolve these immediately but there is no one living on site 24/7. To ensure the safety and security of guests, neighbors and the hosts property, CCTV is located outside the complex and in communal areas, there is also CCTV located at the front door of the apartment and a Noise Monitor to detect anti-social behavior, crowds and smoking. The noise monitor is managed by a security company and the security company has the hosts permission to remove any guests who evidence anti-social behavior and do not abide by house rules. If there is a security company call, the guest will be liable for the call-out fee.
