2 1/2 Blocks to beach and South end of the Boardwalk Sunday is changeover day Check in 3:00 PM Checkout 11:00 Adult family oriented rental. Must be 25 yrs old to rent this condo and present for entire stay, any unchaperoned minor guests will be evicted and forfeit refund or deposits.
Enjoy being treated to a beautiful newly renovated and decorated retreat. No detail was missed. Front deck invites you to sit and relax on comfy wicker furniture and listen to the ocean, read a book or visit and chat with friends. People watching is always a bonus! 2 bedrooms are separated by the living area with the master having it's own half bath, queen bedding, white wicker furniture and a flat screen TV.
The Second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with dresser and flat screen tv. Adults will be comfortable as well as kids needing a retreat for video games :)
The Living room has a sofa and loveseat in a beachy white and blue stripe, white furniture and a large flat screen tv. The kitchen is gorgeous with distressed off white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances including a cabinet mounted microwave, full size gas oven, dishwasher and fridge. Granite counters and tile floors add to the luxury. Our unit has a full size front loading washer and dryer so you don't have to worry about running out of clothes mid vacation if needed. The bathrooms are very nice with custom tile. There is a private pool with kiddie pool area and table and grill area right near the back door. There are two outside showers to rinse off after a day at the beach. One is open and the other is private if you don't want to bring the sand into the house! Great times with family

Everything was clean and we had great times gathering at the kitchen table playing games and cards. My dad loved relaxing on the front porch when everyone was getting ready for the day. We had friendly neighbors and other people visiting on vacation. The only down side is the limited parking, which doesn’t take away from all the plus sides. There’s a great pool, shuffleboard, grills, everything to enjoy the outdoors on your trip.

Just perfect for our family!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is the perfect size for our family and has all of the right amenities. It’s just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The heated pool is an added bonus! We look forward to coming back here again!

Great Stay

This is our second year staying here while our son competes at a Nationals Dance Competition. It is perfect for what we need. Very clean which is most important to us.

great spot

we had a great stay at this location! The location is in a good spot to the beach and boardwalk. However, parking is difficult on weekends as there is construction in the lot for the complex. The unit also had a smell like there was a pet but it was otherwise lovely and clean. east communication with the hosts as well !

Excellent facility

Listing description was accurate. Would have liked a little more space, but it ended up working out very well. Distance to the beach was perfect, along with the proximity to the boardwalk.

Great Stay

We stayed here while our son competed at Nationals for dance and it was perfect, and most importantly, clean! The size is on the smaller side but fit our family of 4 perfectly. The location was great, parking was never a problem. The street does flood if there are bad storms but luckily we were not parked on the street. Overall it was a great stay and we hope to be back!

Great Property

The condo was wonderful! Clean and spacious, close to the beach and boardwalk. Only complaint was parking. Friday & Saturday night it took about 30 minutes to find parking on the street and we only had one car— There was construction happening in the parking lot so i’m sure it’s not typically this difficult to park :) Overall great stay and would book here again!

Comfortable Quarters

This compact unit offers a lot in a small space. Owners are very accommodating and communicative. Also a great area of Wildwood, walking distance to the beach but a little bit away from boardwalk and hotels so the neighborhood is quiet. Also the owner neighbors and their dogs were very friendly.

The location is good even though there is a large distance between the beach and water. The place is a bit small but it worked because we only stayed a week. Having a pool was a big plus!

Amazing once again!

This was our 3rd year staying in this beautiful “beach house” (as our 4 year old and 7 year old adoringly call it) It has quickly become an integral part of the love and nostalgia they have for their favorite vacation spot. It is always spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and Victor and Cheryl are beyond kind and helpful. The location is optimal as well. We look forward to coming back for many years to come.

We had a wonderful time at Cheryl + Victors place for an extended period of time. Close to the boardwalk + the beach. So nice to have the pool as an option. The condo is updated + was comfortable for my family of 4. Cheryl + Victor were great hosts + quick to respond.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The boardwalk was so close we walked there every night …and the pool was great after a long day at the beach. Checking in was easy peasy and the place itself was perfect. My children loved the bunk beds. Thank for a great vacation!!

Family Vacation!

It was so great to be back at Wildwood after 2 years! This condo unit is very clean and most perfectly decorated. It had everything that was needed and more. We also had a great time using the swimming pool. Perfect week with perfect weather! Thank you Victor and Cheryl for the great memories!!

First vacation in two years and worth the wait

It was our first vacation since before Covid-19 and it was great. The condo was clean and perfectly set up for our family of 5. Our kids loved the beach as much as the bunk beds. The owners gave great suggestions on places to eat and get ice cream. We went to Duffers twice for ice cream.

Great location, Amazing Owners, Beautiful home

We spent a week here in June for vacation and the property looks exactly like the listing. Its very clean, amazing location, great pool. The size was perfect for our family and everyone slept great! We were able to walk to the beach and boardwalk, and there are several places in walking distance to eat as well. Victor and Cheryl are great, they responded to any questions or concerns we had immediately. We will definitely stay here again!

Victor and Cheryl live in Tampa FL and love all things beach! Cheryl grew up in NJ and spent so many of her summers in Wildwood Crest! Although we live at the beach year round, there is nothing like the summers in Wildwood! The quaint throwback feel of the town, the escape from commercial chains and WIFI/Internet everything, it has a personality all it's own! It's the perfect place to disconnect, meet new friends, and reconnect with your family. We have so many memories there, and we are so excited to get back to make so many more, and we are so excited to share that opportunity with our guests and their families!

Why they chose this property

Cheryl's family spent many summers renting a home right across from this unit! Her landlord and so many neighbors, who are now like family, still live nearby. It's the perfect location on a more residential quiet street but right near the beach, boardwalk, and so many favorite restaurants! Not to mention this location is only 6 blocks from one of the 2 Acmes on island!

What makes this property unique

We love the history of this building and Wildwood itself. Right by a wide free beach and overlook pier as well as the boardwalk with 3 piers of fun amusements and water parks, you can't beat it! To be have the space and conveniences of home such as a washer/dryer and dishwasher, as well as a community pool and private porch make this property a vacation dream for the whole family!
