About this property
Incredible Views Dartmouth, Parking and EV Charger
Bring the whole family to this hillside property which provides the most stunning views of Dartmouth Harbour, sea and countryside. Positioned on the hill close to the naval college, with off-street parking and just a short walk down into town.
St Clements is an upside-down house giving panoramic views from the first-floor reception rooms and balcony. Recently refurbished to a high contemporary standard with fresh and calming colours, guests enter on the ground floor through the generous hallway with access to two of the king-size bedrooms, the master bathroom with bath and shower, the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a WC. The additional sitting room has a dedicated space for working and access to the large family-sized garden.
Climbing the stairs, you are immediately open to the stunning views of Dartmouth. The open plan
sitting room, dining room and kitchen provides an ideal place for relaxing and dining in, against the
backdrop of the river Dart. Bifold doors to a balcony are a highlight of the property. The perfect spot to watch the fireworks during Regatta or for a sundowner whilst watching the stars.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with all the appliances for an easy life, including the dishwasher and the all-important wine fridge! The third kingsize bedroom is on the first floor and is complete with an ensuite shower room.
The light contemporary design is spacious and relaxing with triple aspect views of the harbour ahead, the valley on the right and the rear of the property from the kitchen. The wonderful views over the valley with its lush greenery is an added bonus and not to be missed.
The property is ideal for families, friends, and couples. Just about anyone… And for anyone not wishing to walk back up the hill, there is a bus every 30 mins, just a few minutes walk from the house.
Favourite features - the balcony to sip a glass of wine/coffee and watch the Kingswear steam railway. The garden is also completely private with relaxing seating, a dining table and BBQ.
Guests will have access to the whole property.
There is a driveway with an EV charging point. Please advise upon booking if you have an electric car and we will require a £100 deposit and any balance will be refunded within 5 days of departure.
