Apartamentos Blue Beach by Escape Home

The Blue Beach apartments are located a few meters from the nearest beach called Cala'n Forcat.
Small complex of 6 units, with a shared swimming pool, with a solarium area with sunbeds.
The establishment offers 1-bedroom apartments with a private terrace with table and chairs.
Each of the apartments has the following description:
Apartments with simple decoration, consisting of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed and bathroom with shower or bathtub. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The living area includes air conditioning, sofa bed for one adult, dining table with chairs and Smart TV.
Wifi for the entire apartment.
The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, kitchen utensils and capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
The complex includes a shared laundry area for free use for clients.

House rules do not allow the organization of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a mandatory deposit of €150 per person for groups of young people under 26 years old, which will be paid by card before arrival and will be returned upon departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a sustainable tourism tax for all tourists traveling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult and night (from the eighth night, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult and night) and must be paid before arrival.
Pets are not accepted.
