The "Surfeuse" house offers a perfect blend of comfort and accessibility for your stay in Toulouse. Located just a stone's throw from Blagnac, the airport, and the ring road, this spacious house accommodates up to 5 guests. For an additional fee, you can rent the adjoining "L'Explorateur" studio, which adds 2 extra beds. Bed linens and towels are provided, and guests can enjoy access to the outdoor parking and garden areas. Inside, the house boasts a large, open living space with a living room featuring a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a television, all leading to the terrace. The dining area with a large table is perfect for shared meals. The open kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and closet, and a second bedroom with one single bed (90x190cm) and a double bed (140x190cm), both with ample storage. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. Outside, enjoy the spacious garden and open air for relaxing. Please note, the parking and terrace are shared, and the house may be occupied by other guests. Respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood is important, and parties are not allowed.
