Nestled within Westbourne, only a short stroll to the beaches at Durley Chine and Middle Chine in Bournemouth, this stunning apartment in a quiet residential block is in a superb location and is ideal for families.
Westbourne is one of Bournemouth’s most sought after neighbourhoods, west of the town centre, it has a lively and chic feel with numerous bars, restaurants and shops — with quick access to some of the best coastline Bournemouth has to offer.
This bright and airy 3-bedroom apartment has been completely refurbished and comes equipped with the latest mod cons, beautiful wood flooring throughout, and cosy plush carpets.
The first bedroom is a double with built-in sliding wardrobes, smart side tables with wireless phone charging, a chest of drawers, smart tv, and a large window. There’s also a desk and chair in this room, for those who need somewhere to work.
Off the hallway is a smaller bedroom complete with bunk bed, which is ideal for children or teens. It features roll-out drawers, which neatly stow away under the bed.
The third bedroom, at the end of the hallway, is a substantial space. There’s a large wardrobe on either side of the kingsize bed, overhead storage, side tables, and an extra wide window allowing in lots of light. There’s also a projector system, with streaming apps, displaying a huge screen on the wall opposite the bed. Perfect for cosy, lazy evening viewing.
The large double-aspect lounge and dining area is simple and welcoming. It comes with a large L-shape sofa, coffee table, a dining table, and comfy new carpets underfoot. This light and spacious room features venetian blinds and a couple of smart radiators for the colder nights. There’s another projector system to watch your favourite shows or movies on, with access to various streaming apps and FreeView live tv.
Accessed via a door from the lounge is a south-west facing small balcony area with a couple of chairs, perfect for soaking up the afternoon or evening sun.
Off the main hallway is a brand new kitchen, complete with high gloss units, small breakfast bar with stools, and kitted out with a host of integrated and standalone appliances. This includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, electric oven, induction hob, air fryer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There’s a wide range of cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils to use too — plus lots of soft-close cupboard and drawer storage.
The main hallway contains a cupboard with a handy separate dryer unit, a phone entry system, and a brilliant dartboard!
