Great House

We enjoyed wonderful two weeks in this beautiful house. The owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. The house is perfectly located. Would recommend this property to anyone. It's a great vacation home.

Perfect for Our Family Holiday

The house is really comfortable, offering everything we needed for our holiday. The location was ideal with amazing views from the terrace and pool. The garden felt private and offeres various areas for family meals. Claire was an excellent host and we would definitely come back.

Vaison holiday

We had a lovely holiday in this house, the villa is spacious, very good located for walkings, visits to Vaison,… well equipped kitchen, airco on the first floor which refreshes the whole house, nice pool, two big terrasses, rather small garden. Claire, the owner, responded fastly on our (few) requests, in general very satisfied.

Too expensive for what you get

Location is good, the house is nice, but not well maintained. It has been built 5-6 year ago and there are several damages, such as the pool was dirty, there was no grass (as on the picture), the lights outside were not working, the radiator in the living room was broken, there was only 1 hairdryer, which was so dirty that no one would use it, the TV was not working, there were almost no cups for coffee (or all different sizes and colors), there was only 1 towel per person (we were with 2, so we paid 150 euro for 2 pair of sheets and 2 towels, sounds quite expensive to me) The owner doesn't care at all about her guests, she was not there to open the door, even she promised to welcome us. She just wants to take the money, that was our impression.

Good but not high-end

positiv: host is very kind view is exceptionnel (straight view of the mont ventoux) no direct neighbour quiet neighbourhood great pool 11m long House outside looks like on the pictures. negativ: more than 5min walk to get to the center of Vaison-la-Romaine beds are not very comfortable ( mattress maybe too old?) air conditioning is only one unit! Not enough to keep the temperature pleasant. Above all when there are 40+ degrees…even at 30+ the air conditioning had some problems to cool down. FYI: 30+ degrees happens very often during the summer periods in that region. cooking with 3 hotplates is not enough for 8 people. And it’s an old one… not highend. cooking pots are very old and near to broken. Needs to be replaced. Information for EV-Driver: 1kw max for loading - did not use it. No supercharger in the area. Tesla Supercharger, Orange at 30min drive. Washing machine is in the garage. Overall the stay was good but not perfect and not related to the price we paid for 2 weeks. Jérôme, 49 years

Kurzurlaub wie wir es brauchten

Die Vorteile sind vielerlei, von Pool Beheizt, Ausblick, die Ruhe / Stille), Möglichkeiten, Zu Fuß nach Vaison La Romain, ob Baguette holen, Markt, Essen gehen, bis zu einfache gute Kommunikation mit Vermieterin. Das meist negative: Wir wollten unbedingt länger bleiben, bekamen aber keinen Urlaub.

Einfach nur traumhaft

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Diesmal nur zu zweit mit Hund. Wir haben mit Absicht wieder dieses Objekt gewählt, weil wir schon beim ersten Mal so begeistert waren. Tolles Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten - alles da, was man braucht. Die Terrassen mit dem mega Ausblick auf den Mont Ventoux sind unbezahlbar. Schön etwas außerhalb gelegen - gerade für die Runden mit Hund ideal. Trotzdem ist man schnell - auch zu Fuß - in der Innenstadt. Das Grundstück ist vollständig geschlossen - super für Hund und Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist schön sauber und beheizt. Also wir kommen bestimmt auch noch ein drittes Mal! Danke Claire!

Séjour très sympathique

Nous avaons passé une semaine en famille et entre amis dans cette jolie maison bien équipée de Vaison. La maison correspond à la description. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus befindet sich am Rand von Vaison in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Man ist jedoch schnell ( auch zu Fuß ) im Ort. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Ein kleiner Hinweis zum Pool, der ist für Nichtschwimmer nur bedingt geeignet. Der Einstieg erfolgt über eine Treppe, der Pool ist dann jedoch gleich etwa 1,60 m tief, also für Kinder und kleinere Nichtschwimmer vielleicht nicht so geeignet. Ansonsten ist der Pool aber top.

Fantastisk hus i fantastiske Provence

Très belle maison soignée par une propriétaire très réactive et sympathique

5 étoiles pour cette maison où il n’y a rien à redire. Énormément de points positifs. Les +++: La vue; l’organisation et plan des chambres avec salle de bains, toilettes et grands placards; la propriétaire très réactive et communicative; maison soignée et entretenue; l’emplacement dans Vaison; maison fonctionnelle; grand jardin pour les jeux des enfants; la propreté du lieu; beaucoup de goût dans la déco moderne; le frigo américain qui marche. Les améliorations possibles: (que de petites choses sachant qu’il ne s’agit juste que de les citer. 5 étoiles pour cette maison quand même!) Une serviette par personne et pas deux donc pas suffisamment pour mettre dans les toilettes du couloir; torchon et essuie mains ont été rajoutés par la suite car 1 aussi pas suffisant en cuisine; pas de piscine chauffée fin mars, début avril vue les coups de l’énergie; pas de produits d’entretien (éponge, chiffon, produit à vitres ou toilettes etc.) on a tout acheté; il manque un mixer pour battre des œufs dans la cuisine et un peu de matériel de cuisine type couverts à salade, spatule pour la poêle, petites assiettes ou soucoupes; toutes les portes de la maison grincent. que petites choses pas très importantes qui ne nous ont pas dérangées. Nous recommandons la maison vivement.

Super Urlaub in schönem Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und einen schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft in Vaison la Romaine. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war stets problemlos möglich, zudem war sie sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch gerne Tipps, was in der näheren Umgebung alles erlebt und unternommen werden kann. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, sie liegt in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge. Ein Highlight ist definitiv der große Pool sowie die beiden Terrassen, auf denen die Sonne genossen werden kann. Das Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!

Parfait !

Excellente quinzaine dans cette belle maison située dans un quartier très calme. Grand espace de vie, chaque chambre a sa salle d’eau, très pratique. Extérieur tout aussi agréable, deux belles terrasses, grande piscine et cerise sur le gâteau, vue sur le Ventoux ! Propreté des lieux et literie confortable. A good base for exploring a lovely area

Overall a nice house – well equipped, attractively furnished, great location and comfortable beds. And the view is breathtaking! I would have appreciated if a few more things were provided, however, especially soap in bathrooms+kitchen and hand/spare towels (exactly one per person was provided meaning we had nothing for the pool…). I agree with a previous reviewer that the photos of the exterior should be updated. Due to local watering restrictions the lawn is now a dustbowl, which really detracts from the beauty of the house. Surely there is a drought-friendly landscaping alternative?

Magnifiques vacances

Nous avons passé une semaine (2 familles avec 4 enfants) dans cette belle maison situé dans un quartier très calme à Vaison la Romaine. Le communication avec la propriétaire était exemplaire. La maison était très propre et très bien équipée. Elle est située idéalement pour pouvoir entamer de nombreuses excursions dans la région. Les tuyaux fournis par la propriétaire concernant les restaurants, les lieux à absolument visiter étaient très sympas. La vue sur le Mont-Ventoux était fabuleuse et on a passé tous les jours des très bons moments entre amis autour d'une grande table dans l'espace extérieur. La piscine chauffée nous a permis des baignades journalières. Le séjour dans cette belle maison est à évaluer sans aucun bémol. Merci Claire pour l'hospitalité!

Mooie en aangename vakantiewoning

Zeer mooie en comfortabele vakantiewoning. De ligging is rustig met een mooi uitzicht alleen is het geen 5 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Vaison, de afstand is een kleine 2 km. We zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam door Claire ontvangen. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Schöne Villa in Vaison-la-Romaine

Das Haus und die Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang war herzlich. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war die etwas spärliche Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien.

Magnifique maison mais…

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, la maison est magnifique, fidèle à l annonce très propre, bien placé à quelques minutes en voiture du centre du village. Nous avons juste été surpris, avec le prix payé de ne pas avoir le stricte nécessaire: papier toilette déjà entamé, aucun refill, pas de sel ni de poivre, savon pour les mains ni même une capsule pour le lave vaisselle. Ça fait 8 ans que nous louons des maisons et nous avons été surpris de cela. Ce serait en tout cas une information a signaler sur l annonce pour penser l acheter lors des courses.
