Sustainable water villa with dishwasher, by a lake

As the name suggests, these detached, sustainably designed water villas are located on the water of beautiful holiday park Resort IJsselmeer. The beautiful IJsselmeer (the lake with the same name) is just a stone's throw away and the lively centre of Medemblik is only 1.5 km away. The comfortable and fully furnished water villas are equipped with solar panels and an air/water heat pump. This means you don't have to sacrifice anything in terms of luxury and comfort, but you can enjoy a sustainable stay. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with TV and an open plan kitchen with, among other things, a microwave and a dishwasher. There also is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you will find a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms and a second bathroom with bathtub. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. All beds are of the single type. box-spring bed, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. Outside, you will find a spacious garden, a covered terrace and garden furniture. On the water, you will find a deck. There's parking space for two cars directly at the villa. Various holiday homes and villas can be booked at Holiday Park Resort IJsselmeer, suitable for up to six or eight people.
