Located in an tranquil setting, this spacious and tastefully decorated property is spread across three floors. The ground floor is the heart of the home. An open spaced kitchen, dining and living area that flows wonderfully onto a large terrace with gorgeous rural views. Upstairs there is the master ensuite bedroom, two further twin bedrooms and separate bathroom. The top floor opens up onto a large, furnished roof terrace with magnificent sea, countryside and mountain views! This property is a two minute drive north of the quaint, Andalucian village Cancelada. One of the Costa del Sols most unspoilt villages, it is located approximatley 12-15 minute drive between the neighbouring towns of Puerto Banus and Estepona. Better still, its right at the heart of the Costa del Sol making it really easy to explore to Tarifa, Gibraltar, Ronda, Marbella, and Malaga. Cancelada is a tranquil village with several playgrounds and parks ideal for families and children and its proximity to the beaches and a full range of amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and coffee shops make the village an ideal place to stay all year round. The beach is a 20 minute walk away, or 5 minutes by car. The various beaches are quite unique as they are sandy, not stones and are generally unspoilt and not crowded. There is something for everyone, from the likes of Boho Club and Senora Beach , luxury restaurants at the Anantara Hotel to more traditional Spanish restaurants and chiringuitos. If lying on the beach isnt for you, there is also a beautiful pedestrian promenade, with exotic plants and wild life which is ideal for walking and cycling. Nearby there is also a ,safari park, water sports facilities, sailing, fishing and horse riding clubs. Puerto Banus and Marbella are just 10/15minutes away respectively providing excellent restaurants, shopping and nightlife! Furthermore this delightful town is situated near some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol with Los Flamingos Golf Resort at walking distance and a further six top-class golf courses within a 5-10 minute drive. Likewise its a great location for cycling, running. There are gyms and a yoga club locally. Malaga airport is approximately a 45 minute drive. Gibraltar airport is approximately an hour drive. This property has two parking places available. There is currently another phase of the urbanization being built in front of this property. Whilst all three floors are higher than the development in front it can still be seen. This has been reflected in the price, and why this property is brilliant for people looking for a deal and to stay in a high end luxury property at a discounted price! The swimming pool is seasonal and will close for the summer on 2.10.23. Minimum guest age is 27, of course unless its a parent/child situation. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in.
