It has one double bedroom upstairs with TV and a family bathroom on the same floor and one twin bedroom and a bunk room downstairs with a shower room. This charming property has the added feature of a conservatory and large decking area meaning you can enjoy setting out in the sun in both the summer and winter. The property also has a wood burning stove in the sitting room area for cosy nights in.

Bedroom 1: With bunk beds facing back garden.
Shower room:With shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With two single bed facing front of house.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available to hire at £12 each.
PLEASE NOTE. The owner of Ruby cottage will not allow electric cars to be charged at the property. There are electric car charges available in Aviemore.
