Fantastic home in perfect location: By the river and just steps from town
Incredible mountain duplex, backed to Ten Mile Creek. Gorgeous private setting and still only steps from town and free shuttles to Summit County ski areas. Three big bedrooms (two of which have their own balconies), each with its own full bathroom. Huge loft with queen bed, bunkbed and a 3/4 bathroom. Stone fireplace, log beams, big windows throughout, facing the river from most rooms in the house. Frisco Marina with all its water sports is at the other end of Main Street, an easy walk or bike ride through town. Hard to do better than this in all of Summit County.
