About this property
Waters Edge - Three Bedroom Cottage, Sleeps 6
An outstanding first-floor apartment with breathtaking sea and mountain views in the quiet coastal village of Deganwy. Midway between the historic Conwy Castle and the resort town of Llandudno (just two miles from each), Off-road parking for two cars and within walking distance of the local cafes, restaurants, beach and train station. You could easily spend your whole day sitting and looking at the ever-changing views as the weather is reflected by the sea, and the sunset paints the whole sky with warm shades of pink or makes the horizon seem like it is on fire. If you can tear yourself away from the view, you will find that a short drive will take you to almost every activity you could wish for. Sightseeing at National Trust properties and gardens, Castle spotting and visiting some of the many World Heritage sites in North Wales, and Meeting the wildlife, either in Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park or at the numerous RSPB reserves or wildlife trust areas locally. For the more adventurous, there are zip lines, Alpine taboggans, a dry ski slope, kite surfing, paragliding, horse riding, mountain climbing, hiking, fishing, sailing, and so much more. The apartment itself has a private entrance and stairs to the first floor. There are three bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms. The master bedroom has the views, a king-size bed, a dressing room and a large ensuite shower room (there are four steps up to the ensuite from the dressing room). The twin bedroom is the smallest but still has plenty of space and, again, an ensuite shower room. The second twin has zip-link beds, which can be made up as twin single beds or a Super King size bed; this room has a small but perfectly formed ensuite shower room. The sizeable lounge is beautiful and has full-height glass doors to the balcony to take advantage of all the light and scenery. The contemporary kitchen diner is well equipped with an electric induction hob and double oven, air fryer, fridge and separate freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, microwave, and quooker boiling water tap. The dining area has seating for six people and, again, has super views and access to the balcony. Please note: This property can not accept bookings with children under the age of 9.
