Gorgeous and modern space with 3 bedrooms. It has a spacious and not overlooked garden area with seating at the back to relax in.

Shops around the corner if you need extra supplies for cooking. Lidl and Aldi are 5 min walking. Sea is at Clontarf 10 min.
Fairview park is 2 mins away. A gym center with a pool is situated 5 min across the park near the train station. The IFSC financial district is a 15 min walk through the canal.
