The Space:
Set in the grounds of the owner’s home, yet enjoying its privacy, Dovecote View is approximately 11 miles from the beach at Mundesley and 8 miles from the bustling seaside town of Cromer. The single-storey holiday let is also ideally situated for visiting National Trust properties, nature reserves and towns and villages with farmers’ markets and farm shops.
Open the door to this well designed retreat to discover the heart of the home is the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Head over to the kitchen to prepare tasty meals or perch at the breakfast bar in the island with a glass of wine before dinner. Gather in the lounge area with your friends and family members to watch the Smart TV. Dine at the table inside on cool days or out on the veranda when it is warm.
Enjoy the convenience of having your bedrooms at the same level: these include a twin and a double, with Jack and Jill access to the family shower room.
Take your coffee out into the sunshine in the morning. Outside you'll find a private, enclosed garden which overlooks horse paddocks.

The keys to Dovecote View are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.
Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle. Please note that it is a short walk to Dovecote View from the parking area. A second space can also be made available if requested prior to check-in.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Dovecote View per reservation.
