Charming 3 Bed Barn Close to Coast, Noss Mayo, Newton Ferrers and the Beaches
Short breaks are available at this property. Please contact me for further details regarding availability and pricing. thepatsytucker@gmail.com Honeysuckle Barn in Noss Mayo, South Devon is a lovely stone built, 3 bedroom barn conversion close to the villages of Noss Mayo and Newton Ferrers which welcomes dogs. The South West Coastal Path is just a quarter of a mile from the property. It’s also minutes away from the waterside village of Noss Mayo, a gem of a village in the South Hams. and a must for those who love being close to and messing around on the water. Swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding and crabbing are just some of the activities to be enjoyed. Honeysuckle Barn enjoys all the benefits of being close to Noss Mayo and the river whilst also benefitting from easy parking, large communal gardens with secluded barbeque areas, a tennis court and easy access on to the Coastal Path. Honeysuckle Barn is part of a small complex of barn conversions originally part of the Membland Hall estate dating back to 1870. It was formerly owned by Lord Revelstoke of the Baring Brothers Bank and is located close to the stunning South West Coastal Path. Honeysuckle Barn, Noss Mayo, South Devon has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom one is furnished with a king size bed and has the added luxury of an en suite shower room. Bedroom two has twin beds whilst bedroom three has bunks. The family bathroom is off the landing and has a bath with shower over. Downstairs, the lounge seats 6 on 2 comfy sofas with a small wall mounted television. The dining area again seats 6 and has views to the rear of the property across the lush gardens and the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is fully fitted complete with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. All the cottages share a communal laundry room complete with coin operated washing machines and tumble dyers. There is also a games room with table tennis and darts. The South West Coast Path is less than half a mile away so you can be on the cliffs within minutes. The beaches of Stoke and Mothecombe are within easy access with the popular School House Restaurant on the Erme estuary only a few miles along the coast road. This part of the South Hams is great for dog lovers as so many of our beaches allow our four legged friends.
