Just 10 minutes walk from the central bus station that will take you to any point of the island. We couldn't find a better location for those looking to experience the essence of our city! Taking a taxi to our Las Canteras Beach will cost you 7 €! Be sure to visit it and walk from one end (Auditorio Alfredo Kraus) to the other (La Puntilla/El Confital)! This is our best recommendation to our urban clients. Whether you are visiting for a short break or a longer stay, this space offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and comfort.

Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00 hours.
1 cot and 1 high chair (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions

This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Pets are not accepted
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 350€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check in available and on request carries the following charges:
** Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
** Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
** Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
