Located at the top of one of Spain's most beautiful towns, just a 20-minute walk from the harbor via a beautiful path and with easy access to the beach by car (5 km, 8-minute ride), this house offers the perfect balance between peaceful, spectacular views, and an excellent access to both the town of Cudillero and the beach.

The property features a spacious garden, private parking, a swimming pool (open in summer), and a barbecue area. With a capacity for up to 10 people, the house has 3 double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Lovely house in a beautiful area

The house is comfortable and big enough for our group of 7 adults. The pool is really nice, even though the water is pretty cool. The walk to town is very tough, it’s a really steep hill, but it’s doable and well worth it. The outdoor space is great, we had a barbecue one night and ate outside every day.

Excellent accommodation

The house is very well equipped and plenty of space for all the family. Cudillero is beautiful town and the walk down to the town is beautiful ( quite challenging on the way back!)

Asturian adventures

I stayed at this property with my two small children, my sister and her young family. The house was very spacious with a beautiful outdoor eating area that was lit up at night time. The pool was perfect for the children as was the garden. House amenities were ideal. The house itself was ideally located with fantastic views over Cudillero. It was also ideal for exploring the surrounding mountainous landscape. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and what a view!

We travelled with family to Cudillero and found this great house with a view of the Cantabric. The lounge/living room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms(4) were comfortable and the bathrooms(2) had good running hot water. It has two kitchens but we ended up using only one and was convenient. The house has a nice looking pool but when we were there it rained and was cold so we didn't get to use it. The town is very pretty. The house sits high over the town and you can walk down to town but the return is a bit steep. So some of us walked down and some drove down. There is a large market nearby and the restaurants in town were very good.

Me encantó!!!

Hemos estado genial!!! La casa está muy bien, muy grande y con todo lo necesario; es verdad que se pueden mejorar algunas cosas, como las puertas para que cierren mejor y no hagan ruido, o poner unas cortinas en los ventanales de la cocina para que no te vean desde fuera, pero vaya que son secundarias. Por decir una recomendación, poner más hamacas de piscina, porque solo hay 2 y la casa es muy grande, para muchas personas... O alguna mesita con sillas acerca de la piscina....pero por lo demás la recomiendo porque hemos estado muy, muy a gusto!!! Nos recibió la señora Luisa, encantadora, muy atenta y amable, muchas gracias por todo Luisa!!!

Maison très sale mais bien située

La maison a un emplacement parfait pour visiter Cudillero et les Asturies en général. L’hôte a été très gentil. Cependant, la propreté de la maison laisse complètement à désirer : assiettes sales dans les placards lors de notre arrivée, odeur insupportable d’humidité dans l’ensemble de la maison, insectes et toiles d’araignées partout, taches sur les draps… En bref, la maison est vieillissante et n’est pas assez entretenue, ce qui est dommage car elle est très bien située pour un prix raisonnable.

Buena ubicación, pero casa con falta de mantenimiento

La casa es amplia, está bien ubicada y tiene todo lo necesario para unos días de descanso. Sin embargo nos decepcionó el mal estado de la pintura de muchas estancias, las puertas son viejas (hacen ruido al abrirlas o tienen cristales en el baño), el agua tiene muy poca presión para ducharse, los colchones son regulares, el desagüe de la ducha no traga, algunas estancias huelen a humedad….Deberían tenerle un mantenimiento mayor y sería ideal.

Casa grande pero faltan cosas y mantenimiento

La casa es grande pero le falta algo de mantenimiento. Me han decepcionado varias cosas. Las puertas interiores no tenían cerraduras y no encajaban porque algunas puertas están deformadas por la humedad. El menaje es escaso, no había ningún utensilio para la barbacoa salvo un recogedor de metal. Algunos colchones y sábanas necesitan ya un recambio. Y el colmo es que no había cafetera cuando en la descripción si lo pone. menos mal que viajamos con nuestra Nespresso. Por cierto, tiene garaje, pero no te dan acceso, aunque hay espacio para 2 coches dentro de la finca, que es muy grande. La iluminación exterior tampoco funciona, así que salir de noche a tirar la basura era una aventura Decir que la mujer que nos atendió, Laura, fue muy amable y nos dejaron entran a las 12:30 ya que la casa estaba preparada. También se echa de menos el WIFI. aunque ya sabíamos que no lo tenía. Lo dicho, un poco de mantenimiento porque la casa lo merece. Espero que este comentario sirva para que mejoren todos estos aspectos para mejorar la estancia de futuros inquilinos

Perfecta casa para disfrutar con niños. Con un gran jardín con piscina. Muy cerca del puerto de Cudillero en una zona muy tranquila. Sin duda la recomendamos.

Fijn en net vakantiehuis top locatie prachtig zwembad

Heerlijke bbq naast fantastisch zwembad. Super praktische grote en goed geequipeerde keuken. Twee frigo’s. Voldoende bedden, proper linnengoed. Twee badkamers. Super mooie zee en strand locatie en redelijk gemakkelijk bereikbaar.
