Bearwood Boutique Stay consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, a dining room with dining seating, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, ground-floor double, and single. There is a bathroom with bath and shower over basin and WC and shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, astroturf, and furniture and roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
