External Front Garden – The front garden with path leading to the steps up to the front door and the driveway provides sufficient off street parking for your car.
Ground Floor
Entrance – Original wooden door with detailed glass windows on the ground floor level leading into the hallway.
Lounge One – This living area is very generous in size. The living room has a large front facing bay window, meaning that the room is filled with natural light during the day. Provided with three sofas, giving ample seating for your family and company to be comfortably seated. The walls are painted magnolia and the floor has grey carpet, giving a spacious communal family space. The marble fire place offers a beautiful focal point in this room. Heated by gas central heated radiator.
Lounge Two – The second living area is again, very generous in size. The living room has a large front facing bay window, offering lots of natural light during the day. With 3 sofas, there is plenty of seating for family and guests to enjoy spending time together. The walls are painted magnolia and the floor has grey carpet. The marble fire place is complimented by the hand made wooden shelves and cupboards either side. Gas central heating radiator heats this room.
Kitchen – Fitted kitchen with white wall and base units, lots of light wooden effect worktop space plus additional breakfast bar and stools, fitted gas hob and electric oven. American style fridge freezer also provided. Walls and floor tiled for easy cleaning.
First Floor
Bedroom One – Large double bedroom with rear facing window looking out over the rear garden. Magnolia walls and grey carpeted floor. Full wall of hand made wooden fitted wardrobes, drawers and cupboards and bed with mattress are included. The radiator is heated by the gas central heating.
Bedroom Two – Good size bedroom with front facing window creating a bright room during the day. Supplied double bunk beds, fitted wardrobes and freestanding drawers. The walls are painted magnolia and has a grey carpet. The radiator is heated by the gas central heating.
Bedroom Three – This is the smaller out of the four bedrooms but still a good size bedroom with front facing window. Includes built in bunk bed, wardrobe, study desk with chairs chest of drawers plus shelves on the wall. The walls are painted magnolia and has a grey carpet. Gas central heating radiator.
Bedroom Four – Good size bedroom with front facing window supplying a good amount of natural light. Supplied double bunk beds, two fitted wardrobes, freestanding drawers, study desk with two chairs and shelves on the wall. The walls are painted magnolia and has a grey carpet. Radiator powered by gas central heating.
Bathroom One – Full bathroom with modern three-piece bathroom suite including bath with electric shower and shower screen, hand basin with vanity unit under and WC. Tiled from floor to ceiling. Chrome heated towel rail for heating the room and warming towels.
Bathroom Two – Large frameless shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, hand basin with vanity unit underneath and a WC. Floor and walls are fully tiled. Chrome heated towel rail powered by gas central heating.
There are two washing machines located on the hallway outside the bathrooms.

The top floor (attic) has been converted in to a room that runs the full width of the property. With multiple skylight windows, this is a bright and airy space that has so many possible uses, from children's play room, work out space or even just storage area, it's a really useful space to have available.
External Rear Garden - A very impressive rear garden perfect for the children to play out in or enjoy the nice weather. There is a covered patio area that is perfect for outdoor dining. The back garden is advertised as "communal" as this will be used to access the basement of the property and on one Sunday of each month where food will be cooked in the basement in preparation for handing out to the homeless at another location) other than this, the back garden is for use by the Tenant only. Access to the main house will not be required.
