The flat is located on the first floor of a building with lift and is divided into two floors, combining functionality and comfort. On the ground floor you will find a living-dining room with air conditioning, Smart TV and a comfortable double sofa bed for the rest of one of the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and has all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. Furthermore, on this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and AC, as well as a full bathroom with bathtub. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Climbing the stairs to the upper floor, you will discover a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, providing a perfect space to rest. From here, there is direct access to a furnished terrace with a table and two benches, an ideal place to relax in the fresh air.
