We booked this reservation with the idea to have enough beds for each of our friends so that no one had to share beds since we are in our 30s. Beds were comfy & clean. There was plenty of space and having 4 bathrooms was great for helping our group get ready in a timely manner. We wanted a historic looking place that felt like New Orleans and this definitely fit the vibe. It was a beautiful home and felt taken care of. We had plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap and paper towels that lasted our trip that was supplied by the host. Everything was pretty much in walking distance for us which was convenient and we only rode the trolly and caught Ubers to the garden district. Everything else we pretty much walked to. The host was great at communicating with our group and helping with the check in process. Overall we had a very positive experience. The only thing I would change about the home would be having more dresser storage in the bedrooms and maybe a small table or something in the upstairs bathrooms that would provide counter space for our hair & makeup products near the bathroom sinks. The closets were spacious and came with hangers so that was convenient but there wasn’t much in the bedrooms to sit your charging phone on for the night or a place to sit anything other than using the floor or our suitcases. I would recommend this place to a friend!
This house is really spacious and is in a great location very walkable to the Quarter. There are plenty of beds for a big group and a nice outdoor space in the backyard.During our stay, there was unusually cold weather for New Orleans, and we experienced an HVAC issue where the upstairs rooms were REALLY hot and the downstairs was REALLY cold - the first night our group wore jackets and beanies to sleep. Historic's customer service was really responsive and came early in the morning to check on the HVAC and send the repair team. It seems there is an issue with how the HVAC was set up and their HVAC team said they are working on a long term fix. I still rated the house at a 4 because of the level of responsiveness of the team - but I would recommend considering the projected weather. In a more temperate time of year, it probably would have been fine, but we highly considered leaving after that first night. We are thankful that the team acted with urgency and the temperature was fixed for the rest of the trip.Another small recommendation I would have is to add night stands in the bedrooms because there are no tables/dressers/night stands and not a lot of counter space in the bathrooms. If we could use half star ratings, I would probably rate this house a 3.5 due to our experience, but I did give the benefit of the doubt and round up because I think we had a fairly unique experience with the weather.
This was an excellent place for my group of 8 to stay a few days before we set sail to Jamaica. Location was great, French quarters area. House was cozy and cute and plenty big enough.
We had a great time! The place was great for the 7 of us. We had plenty of space for all the fun. We were there for New Years’ Eve 2025 and the property manager called us to make sure we were okay on New Years’ Day after the horrible terrorist attack on Bourbon Street. She was absolutely great.
Great location! Plenty of roomBedrooms ann Able to get Ubers easily and good prices.

We had a great time. Location is wonderful and just a short 10min walk to the French Quarter. We had plenty of room for our group of 4. Everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable
This house was perfect for our trip! Having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was amazing. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was close to everything with either a brisk walk or quick Uber ride. I would definitely stay here again!

Listing is very misleading
We looked at a lot of rentals before picking this one. We loved that everyone in our group had their own bed and no one had to be on a pull out couch. We get the address at booking but once we get there it's a different number. Granted it's a redone duplex into 1 house, so we just had to go to the other door. The place was clean but there were several holes in the walls, there was a stain on one of the comforters, and the veneer was peeling off one of the cabinets in an upstairs bathroom. However, the biggest issue was that the listing says that there is a tenant in an attached apartment that does not have access to the rental space. This is 1000% not true as the tenants door opens directly into the kitchen. The photos in the listing show no private sticker on the door and it makes it seem that that room should have been available to use as well. We were in contact with Hannah during the check in and we asked her about this. She quickly contacted the property owner and installed a chain lock on our side so that we would have a lock on our side. There were also ZERO smoke detectors in the property until we pointed it out. A maintenance team was out the next day to install a couple however there were still a lot of spots in the ceiling where others were missing and the connecting wires were still visible. I understand that some rentals have property management but if you're going to manage several properties, you need to actually maintain them and provide accurate listings.
We loved our stay and were intrigued by this beautiful property! We traveled with our 4 kids ranging from 11-25 and our 2 yr old grandson and had more than enough room. The location was perfect - quiet but close enough to what makes New Orleans sp special.
We loved our stay on St. Ann’s during our first ever trip to NOLA. The house is in a perfect location in the French Quarter, which was an easy walk to get to from where we were staying. The home is very spacious, so there was more than enough room for our family of five. We had everything we could have possibly needed. The neighborhood is quiet, and there wasn’t much activity on the streets while we were there. The procession that came down the street on Wednesday was so fun!
If you’re looking for a great place to stay on your next visit to New Orleans, this place is a true gem!
Location to French Quarter was awesome. Everything was about a ten minute walk away that we wanted to see. The food was fabulous and the beds were very comfortable. The stay was very nice.
Rented this house for a bachelor party (everyone 30+) and it was perfect! There were 9 queen/full-sized beds spread out in 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It was about 10-15 min walking distance to the heart of Bourbon ST which made gettin around pretty easy. We could walk to a corner store for snacks, beer, and alcohol. We were also able to instacart groceries to the house for breakfast/lunch. It had a backyard with a couple picnic tables so we could sit outside if we wanted to. The house was very big, clean, and secure. There was coffee pods and a Keurig for us to use, clean bedding/pillows/blankets, and plenty of clean hand and bath towels in all the bathrooms. The hosts/property managers were very nice and helpful, and even left a case of beer in the fridge for our arrival!
