About this property
Cosy, restored terraced house in old Alnwick. Close to all amenities.
Number Sixteen is a small Victorian terrace in the old part of town. Recently refurbished after standing empty, the house has been completely reworked inside to provide a comfortable, up to date home in the centre of Alnwick. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a large airy double bedroom with super-king size bed.
Number Sixteen is a short walk from all amenities (pubs, restaurants, shops, bus station) and from attractions such as Alnwick Castle.
Number Sixteen is a 'two up / two down' style terrace, living room and kitchen downstairs, bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It has a small yard to the rear accessed through the house big enough to store a couple of bicycles.
The house has a log burner (all fuel is provided) in the living room as well as gas central heating and hot water (set to be available 24hrs per day), throughout.
The bathroom has a large bath and separate walk in shower
Parking is unrestricted and 'on street'. Cars can usually be parked outside or within 50 metres of the property.

About the host
Hosted by IAN BOTTOMLEY

Hosting is our business, we have three small properties all unique and all restored, serviced, and maintained by us.
Why they chose this property
We've been in Alnwick since the eighties, and used to live on this street
What makes this property unique
Its 'small but perfectly formed'. It was built as a two up - two down and later subdevided, making the rooms smaller. We have restored it to its orginal format with a single large airy bedroom, and a large sitting room - with windows to the east and west.
