Villetta Stracca - Salento Reservation

Villetta Stracca - Salento Reservation is part of a beautiful newly renovated semi-detached villa designed to ensure a completely relaxing stay without sacrificing any comfort. It is strategically located for easy access to all the most sought-after destinations in Salento. Located in Capilungo, it is just 1 km from the sea, characterized by a low cliff with easy access, where swimming is widely practiced, and a short distance from the white sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni, as well as equidistant from the paradisiacal beaches of Gallipoli.
The villa consists of an air-conditioned living room, equipped with a dining table and chairs, a TV, a double sofa bed, and a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, an external bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a large covered veranda furnished with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, and an outdoor shower. There is also an enclosed area where pets can be safely left.
Inside the villa, no detail is overlooked, and everything is carefully designed.
It also offers every comfort, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a parking space, and a video surveillance system.
From the property, it is easy to reach the sea and the equipped beaches of Gallipoli (a few minutes by car).
Please note: The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linens and towels, breakfast provisions for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, and check-in/check-out.

A crib is available for a supplement of €35.00.
Small pets are welcome for an additional fee of €35.00.
Additional bath set: €15.00 per person.
Additional bed linen set: €15.00 per person.

For check-ins and check-outs outside the specified hours, upon the client's request and with prior approval, an additional fee applies:

Check-in after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM: extra fee of €30.00
Check-in from 10:00 PM to midnight: extra fee of €50.00
Check-in from midnight to 7:00 AM: extra fee of €100.00

For early check-outs, upon the client's request and with prior approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an additional fee of €30.00 applies. . City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights
