The villa accommodates up to 10 guests, with 8 sleeping in four well-appointed bedrooms and 2 additional guests on a sofa bed. The interiors showcase rustic elegance, featuring exposed wooden beams, terracotta flooring, and warm wooden furnishings. The living area includes a cozy fireplace and a mezzanine, adding to the home’s charm. The fully equipped kitchen has a five-burner hob, oven, extractor hood, sink, and refrigerator with freezer, making it ideal for preparing meals. One of the bedrooms opens onto a small terrace, providing a breathtaking view of the landscape and garden.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including a beautifully maintained garden and a spacious outdoor area. A covered patio with tables and chairs offers the perfect setting for al fresco dining, while the barbecue area and wood-fired oven allow for outdoor cooking experiences. The private swimming pool, measuring 12 meters by 6 meters, is surrounded by deck chairs for ultimate relaxation. Private parking is also available on-site.

Set in a tranquil location more than 300 meters above sea level, the villa benefits from a naturally cool and breezy climate, thanks to the surrounding trees. The area is ideal for outdoor activities such as yoga, reading, and sports.

Optional services include pet accommodations upon request, extra cleaning for €20 per hour, and linen changes for €15 per person. The swimming pool is not guaranteed to be open from October to May.
