Imagine a very old and typical Tuscan villa completely renovated with the most modern comforts, surrounded by nature and with a unique view from every window.

From this year we have two completely new apartments: Nest and Arches.
Nest is a large studio apartment of over 50 square meters (540 square feet) with large windows and breathtaking views with a large terrace overlooking the olive grove.
Inside there is a comfortable sleeping area with a big double bed and an antique sink, a large and bright living room with panoramic views, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with large shower.
The outdoor area is fully equipped for dining, enjoying the incomparable view of the typical medieval village of Monte San Savino.
The swimming pool and the olive grove complete the whole.
Energy produced in an ecological way and charging for electric cars available.
No dirty road to reach Villa Ceppeto and free WiFi available everywhere. Also ideal for a relaxing Smart Working.
