About this property
Self Contained Annex near Eden, Knightor and 10 min drive to beaches
Welcome to our annex, nestled in a peaceful village away from the main road and set in a quiet location up a short lane. This light and airy accommodation is attached to our family home (you may hear us from time to time), with the convenience of private parking, private entrance and private courtyard, overlooking the lawn. It's designed to provide a comfortable home-from-home experience with all the amenities you'll need whilst in Cornwall exploring or having a welcome break!
The space
Downstairs:
Living room - dinning table, sofa and arm chair, television and DVD player.
Kitchenette - microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, utensils, kettle and cafeteria. Also, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, tin foil and clingfilm
Bathroom - electric shower, toilet, sink and towels.
Upstairs:
Bedroom - double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and armchair. A travel cot can be provided - upon request.
You'll wake to the sound of the dawn chorus and most nights you'll hear owls chatting away in the nearby trees - we have very little light pollution and on clear nights the sky looking amazing!
Parts of our garden are still ongoing and we welcome any gardening tips!
Waiting for you to arrive are scones, cream, jam and milk.
Guest access
You are more than welcome to use our garden, there is a private patio for your own use with table and chairs.
Other things to note:
We do offer WiFi but it’s rubbish. Despite paying for super fast fibre; it can be problematic and frustrating as it frequently drops out.
